She Leads: A Summit and Soiree is a dynamic single-day retreat designed for ambitious women who are dedicated to leading in every aspect of their lives—whether in the boardroom, at home, or in their communities. This event seamlessly blends the inspiration and knowledge of a summit with the pure enjoyment and authentic networking of a soirée.

Women in Leadership League is hosting She Leads,  Summit and Soiree an intimate environment for women to join together in an not-so-stuffy conference in order to maximize our minds and growth together. (Insert palm trees, chic clothing and eureka moments!)

What to expect:  

- Plan to start your day like a retreat for the mind and body starting with breakfast, meeting like minded women,  small group networking to nourish not overwhelm. Whether it’s mastering negotiation tactics, building a personal brand, or cultivating mental wellness, these sessions are designed to provide actionable takeaways that women can immediately apply in their lives and careers.

-  Then, you're off to choose a stage that suits your goals as we that support both The Corporate Leader and The Entrepreneaur where you're listen in to speakers and engage in ways that feels like a community, coaching and conversations. Topics include career advancement, leadership, work-life balance, and personal growth. Attendees will have the chance to engage in thought-provoking conversations, gain valuable insights, and participate in interactive workshops that focus on enhancing their skills and strategies for success.

- To end the day, we will host a group of women who will broaden the topics with an inspiring poolside panel, we will cover personal and professional tools, tips and topics that evoke change. This is a chance for attendees to unwind, network, and celebrate their achievements. With live music, gourmet dining, and an atmosphere of camaraderie, the soirée provides the perfect setting for making lasting connections with like-minded women who share the same passion for leading with confidence and grace.
